Corridor Modeler: Can't import graphics

Hello,

I'm having an issue with corridor modeler.  I can't import graphics.  The area in the dialog box where I would put my selection criteria is blank.  The attached image highlights the missing fields.  Any help would be appreciated since I can't really do anything until this is fixed.

Currently running

Windows 7

Microstation v8.11.07.443

Geopak v8.11.07.427
