Looking at the diagram, it looks like you have several misconceptions about MX with your proposed section - you cannot create overhangs or have vertical faces in a section.
When taking a section, the easiest way to work out what strings will be picked up in what order is this - working from left to right, write down the string names you encounter as you move across the road, and you will see that the section in white dashed line is correct (for the strings that you are using).
1. WW02 is to the right of HE02, so you are trying to create an overhang - which is not possible. The section will ALWAYS find HE02 first. Likewise with WE06 and GE00
2. Likewise, if there are strings in the same plan position with different heights (e.g. a wall face) the section can only guess what should come first - and it could pick top then bottom, when you want bottom to top.
