Manually assign superelevation

I'm working with InRoads SS2 V08.11.07.536 and Windows 7.  We're designing a diversion road around a bridge construction project for Arkansas Transportation Department.  For their supereleveation design, rather than going by the Green Book, they have developed their own Super transition / runoff / runout lengths, mandating that a minimum of 200' be provided for transition given a 50 mph design speed.  1/4 of the transition will be on the curve.

The question I have is, is there a way to manually assign superelevation % and transition lengths in InRoads?  Is there somewhere where I can type 200' transition with .25% being on the curve and, in addition, specify the superelevation percentage in order to adhere to AHDT standards?  Thanks!
