Services 3d model

HI All,

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question. I need to build a 3d model which includes all services,tunnels and roads for clash detection,calculating quantities and if possible construction scheduling. Most of it are in 2d design and as built drawings. I am thinking of creating MX 3d strings and attaching templates using open roads, is it possible? I saw a presentation about SUDA, is it available and is this the right path for me to take or is there a established workflow.
