Hi Will,
Now that you have upgraded to SS3, are you still using the InRoads Survey Data within the native InRoads product or are you utilizing the new 'Survey Process' commands under the MicroStation Tasks with the new OpenRoads technology?
We ran through a quick test to import survey data into the Survey Processing within the Civil Tools (OpenRoads), display the graphics for the survey, save the DGN and open with MicroStation only. We were able to edit and move the graphics because this survey information should still be stored in the DGN.
If you are using the native InRoads survey options and you import a file, displaying the survey data temporary graphics, they are not editable. But it sounds as though you are closing out of the program and opening only MicroStation and still seeing these survey graphics. Therefore I don't know if you are committing these survey data to graphics using the Survey > View Survey Data > Survey Data to Graphics and then experiencing this type of behavior.
Can you ellaborate on the tools and commands you are using to reproduce this problem so we can try to duplicate what you are experiencing or explain the behavior if the program is working as it should?
