CIVIL_SHOW_MS_PROPERTIES = 1?

Hello,

We are using Microstation V8i SS3 and Power InRoads V8i SS3.

We have assigned the configuration variable CIVIL_SHOW_MS_PROPERTIES = 1 value.  However, the list of civil V8i configuration variables is not clear what the value options are for this variable.  to have this variable active, is our choice of values correct?
