We are using Microstation V8i SS3 and Power InRoads V8i SS3.
We are making edits to our DGNlib level names and noticed that one level was "bold" looking and we could not make edits to it, unless we selected the level, right-clicked, selected properties, then was allowed to rename the level undedr name. Why is the level name bold, and why do we have to use "properties" to make edits to the name, as-apposed-to, renaming the level name directly by right-clicking on it and selecting rename option?
