ok, so when we set the Project Options->Factor->scale to 1 (Global Scale Factor) inside Power InRoads, and set Model scale as shown in attached image and set annotation lock under settings, the text is 1:1 size which is 0.125 text height, not 6.625. However, based on the thought that the annotation scale is getting applied separately to the InRoads scale, we already tested this by having all annotaton turned off, but still got huge text. A closer look at text styles does not indicate any annotation scale options inside the text style. So have to wonder how to control Power InRoads text. We were fine applying the InRoads Global Scale Factor in SS2 until SS3 happened.
So the question remains, if we want our Power InRoads text to scale properly, what setttings inside Power InRoads and Microstation specifically do we need to set, using 1:50 as an example? Or maybe we should not be using text styles because they are controlled by Microstation annotation which is not quite functioning inside Power InRoads?
