[IR SS3] no project explorer tabs

Hi,

I have microstation .397 with InRoads SS2 and SS3 and need use both. I don't see following tabs from project explorer: Civil Standards, Survery, Civil Model.
I figured out that solution is delete .upf file before running IR SS3. Problem comes back if in the meantime SS2 has been runned.   

Any ideas?
