Linestyle in DWG looks bad in PowerCivil

I have a bunch of drawing definitions in DWG with both DGN and DWG files attached as references. In one of the DWG references I have a linestyle for road markings drawn in a DWG file using a linestyle created in a rsc file. The line looks OK until I save the DWG file. If I open the file in Civil3D the line looks OK but in PowerCivil it looks bad. (see attached pics) If I use the linestyle in a DGN file it looks OK.

If I am in the DWG file in PowerCivil and select the line (a complex element containing several arcs) and go to element info and change the setting for Shift Mode to Distance and leave the value to 0 the line change on the screen to look OK but after saving the DWG file again it goes back to look bad.

I have a feeling that PowerCivil have problem reading the line style definition in the DWG file since Civil3D can manage to read the linestyle definition correctly.

The reason we have the road markings in DWG is that DWG is the delivery format.

Anyone who have an answer on this? I attach the DWG file as well.

/Mats
