We are using Microstation V8i SS3 and Power InRoads V8i SS3.
We are using cells to display the arrow heads at each end of the vertical curve length dimensions, as vertical alignment annotation. Also we are using a cell to display the pi point in same preference. The cells are set to the correct units, scale 1:1, and have annotation turned on under Settings->Drawing Scale-> select annotation button. The same settings are also set in design file, cell library is attached and symbology points to the correct cells. Also, the Global Scale Factors is set in Power InRoads and Microstation scale is set to 1:50. However, despite the above set-up, we can not get the cell symbols to display at the correct scale. What are we likely missing to get the cells to display at the correct scale?
