I was referring to the same option for MicroStation/InRoads users as well as Power InRoads users. You can have the combination of MicroStation with InRoads Suite running on top of it or you can work with Power InRoads which is a standalone product that delivers the MicroStation CAD and InRoads civil design tools in one package. In this case, the CAD and InRoads tools are considered Power Inroads. So when I refer to the Power InRoads CAD portion, I am talking about the MicroStation tools. I would refer to it as MicroStation is you are working in the MicroStation platform for InRoads Suite running on top of it.
