Thanks for the reply. Please re-read my original post and take a look at the attached files. I used the GEOPAK>ROAD>Cross Sections>Cross Section Sheet Composition tool while in a SS3 session. That is when I noticed the symbology problems noted in my original post (3578_701_SS3.dgn). If I run the same tool while in a SS2 session (with the same underlying files) the symbology on the resulting sheets is correct (3578_701_SS2.dgn). Please note that some of the labels placed in an SS3 session are correct, but it seems like only the first label placed of each type (station, offset, elevation) are honoring my xssl settings.
As for the other tools I will investigate them further tomorrow.
