Thanks again for the suggestion. If the process is as simple as the steps above then something must be wrong with the software. A few thoughts:
1) Was using smart lines instead of lines
2) Checked active depth and elevation issues just for good measure
3) Tried different vehicle paths
4) New file
I'm going to call Bentley for support. Thanks again.
