RE: Corridor Modeler Cross Section Labeling error "Object variable or With block variable not set"

Here is an xsd.dgn.  Please note that this issue is not limited to one dgn in my case.  Rather all of the dgn's I have tried show the same error.  The error also occurs on other user computers using the same files.
