When creating TIW files, InRoads used to place them in the product folder. This does not work well when the XIN is a shared networked XIN since the TIW would be on one user's PC. It also used to put a full path in the file. I would like to place the TIW files in a network location and have the XIN find it. but today, my TIW and XIN are in the same folder, but the import failed with a Bad TIW error which suggested it could not locate the TIW.
Can I use variables in the XIN to point to a folder, or should the product find a TIW file if it is in the same location as the XIN?
