In the PowerCivil world, there are two flavors. The original was based upon GEOPAK technology but later, a version was added that is based upon InRoads technology. If your geometry when saved to native is a GPK file, then you have the GEOPAK version. If it is saved to an ALG, you have the InRoads version.
I have been away from the GEOPAK version too long to be of any help there, but if you are using the InRoads version, then I can help.
Sorry this is so complicated.
I can tell you this. The design profile used with corridors and civil cells is a view based tool. In the products, there are separate tools for plotting profile graphics. Both packages allow you to have an overall profile view and to also create a family of profile views that get referenced into sheets for plotting. This is done with a plan and profile tool.
You might try looking on you-tube as there are a number of videos out there. Search based upon the main product - GEOPAK or InRoads rather than Power Civil.
