There are two methods to remove the civil data from the DGN. Both methods strip the civil data from the elements and leave behind only the graphics. This is very useful when delivering the files to consultants, clients, agencies, etc.
The first method is to use the command Copy/Move Fence Contents to File to export the graphics to native DGN:
The second method is to use the command File > Export > DWG.
