When I imported this with the Angle Readout set to DD.DDDD, tt reads the TDS angles as DD.DDDD
Now that I have changed it to DD MM SS, it reads the angles correctly.
To me, this says your first response was correct. Please check and confirm.
Before I reported this. I referenced in some files of the same project done in InRoads Survey Ss2 and opened the RAW file in Legacy Survey Ss3. The Legacy graphics matched the reference file graphics and the angles of the Legacy Survey Ss3 did not match the angles in Civil Survey Ss3.
In Civil Survey Ss3, there were no angles where the minutes were above 40. This shows that an angle read as decimal degrees of .59 is being read as 59/100 vs 59/60.
