I did a little research. I did not find an option that works as you would like. I found no mention of an option that will save deleted files to a local recycle bin.
I did find a configuration option that would send a deleted PW file to the recycle bin on the PW datasource server.... That option would be configured by the PW Admin.
I also found a User setting that would send "freed" files to a local users recycle bin. Again, this option needs to be configured by the PW Admin - even though its considered a User Property.
I'm not a PW Admin, so I may have missed something and you should still check with your Admin.
Not much help unfortunately...
