GRADING

Hello,

I am using Power InRoads V8i SS2.

I am doing some basic grading using Surface->Design Surface->Generate Longitudinal Feature->Start/Stop Offset=10.0, Start/Stop Transverse Slope=33.33%.  However, can not grade peak (green) any further upwards from where it is shown, it wants to project the opposite direction from what I indicate for the location when prompted (see screen capture attached).  What would cause this type of performance?  Also, is there a way to clean-up a breakline so there are not so many vertices?
