I have a few users working on a legacy project that continue to suffer from having user prefs wiped in Geopak 2004 8.8. User just got a new laptop and issue has migrated with him. Other user in the project are fine. Fresh rsc files and upf. Different Windows 7 profile gets same result. User has full permissions to the Bin folder. Each time he fills in the info and renters V8 2004 the gprefer.rsc reduces to 1kb and the geopak.rpt show default info. Proj manager currently being used as a workaround but issue is still perplexing.
