Go to selectservices.bentley.com and click on the Service Ticket Manager which is located in the Support Tools list at the bottom of the page. Log in like you did to post to the forum and create a Service Ticket. There should be a place where you can upload you data. One of the Support Team members will look at it and get back to you.
