do you have a prjdbs folder in the working directory? if you do, look in there and you should see the user name folders. in there, you will see files with the project name (ie road1.003 etc). in this case, road1 would be the project name.
create a new project in that folder with the name road1. this way, it will be able to read all your users and runs associated with those users.
if you don't have the prjdbs folder, you would need to start from scratch.
