I've just watched the below video on how to place multiple cross sections on one sheet:
However, when I follow the same workflow the following happens:
Multiple cross sections models are referenced into the sheet model but for some reason only one is visible.
Anyone know what's going on here?

I'm working on ORD 2019 update 1.
We have created a lot of horizontal and vertical complex alignment for a project.
Many corridor have been created based on these alignments.
Now the design criteria have changed and we need to modify those complex vertical.
We tried to drop the complex vertical( with drawing command), but then the rules get messed up.
We want basically to remove tangent and curves and add new ones in the complex without creating a new complex. Just want to modify the one we've already created.
So far we haven't find a simple way to do that. (it was so simple in SS2). Even with the table editor we can't delete existing tangent in the profile (or modify the lenght for that matter).
Don't want to start from scratch, we have to many manhours in this project already!
Any suggestion.

Good morning. I was looking to have someone confirm what I am seeing. Namely that profile intersection points created in the latest release are not dynamic. Basic workflow is as follows.
The previously created intersection point stays at it's previous location and nothing is created at the new intersection location. The point does move to a "default" symbology dropping what was defined in the intersection settings in the feature definition.

I would like to leave the clients Organizational standard itl file as read only. And allow the designers to add and edit to a Workspace editable itl file. Can OpenRoads read from two itl files at the same time?
Hi All,
When creating X-sections through ORD, any points created from a template within the x-section area are annotated according to the rules in the annotation group. However, I have found that if I have any non-template (but still featurized) strings\surfaces within the X-section area they can not be automatically annotated.
Is this working as designed? Are we expected to annotate all non-template points manually? This is not ideal through areas that reqiure a lot of manual string modelling such as intersections.

I have an OpenRoads Designer dgn Version 4 with several terrain models. I am editing the terrain models and adding new ones frequently. When attempting to delete the terrain models, or when using Drop Element, ORD freezes up and I have to kill it via task manager.
I have tried detaching source files, removing rules, and removing templates or feature definitions.
I am running Windows 10.
Anybody know of a solution or cause?

Hi, I am currently using Openroads Designer CE Update 3 Version 10.03.00.43. I'm trying to annotate cut and fill slopes using tadpole symbols. After going through the guides, I somehow managed to come out with the annotations.However, I found that there are some problems while annotating at the slope benching areas. I only wanted to annotate every 7.5m berm slopes with cut symbol but it end up annotating the 2m bench with a reversed slope symbol as well. Besides, I found that the tadpole symbol does not fit according to the width at the outermost layer of the cut slope as the width varies. May I know how can I solve these 2 issues?Thank you very much.
What is the recommended workflow to get lines under a bridge to appear as dashed/hidden lines in ORD? This is assuming that the lines under the bridge are generated from a corridor or element template. Is the only way to reference the 3D model, change the display style, and then print as a raster?

I have created a terrain, an alignment and a template that I plan to connect to the alignment. When I successfully created the corridor and the template drop, but when I look at the 3d view the road isn't visble on the top side of the terrain.
The road elements are visible on the bottom side of the terrain as shown below. How do I correct this?

I am trying to show existing terrain features to the cross-section drawing or cross section sheets. Though I can see the feature ( existing wall or fence) in the dynamic cross-section view, I am not able to generate those on the cross-section drawing. I was able to do such exercise in SS2. Can someone tell me if such action it is still possible with ORD? I am aware that the cross-section drawing shows everything that is in the 3D view, therefore I was trying to add features to active terrain, however again nothing is shown. I think such command is very useful especially to design urban roads and we need to show the footprint of an existing structure like buildings etc.

I have a complex terrain model that is comprised from terrain models in two reference files. The primary is an overall base mapping terrain model, and the other reference dgn contains several smaller terrain models that we are merging in to the complex. The problem is that the complex terrain model allready has 30+ terrain models merged. I need to add more, but when I go to Edit Complex Terrain Model, I get the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error, and none of the TMs already merged show as being in the Complex TM. See screenshots below. When I select the complex model and in Element Properties select Edit it gives me the "Object reference" error, as shown in the 1st screenshot below. If I hit OK, it doesn't show any terrain models in the Edit dialog. If i close the dialog, deselect the terrain model, and select Edit Complex Terrain Model from the task bar, it opens the Edit dialog and shows all the terrain models available, but it doesn't show any of the terrains already merged in (Screenshot 2). You can see in the first screenshot in the Element Properties window all the TMs aready in the Complex TM. I don't want to go back and rebuild the complex model for fear of loosing any previous information.
I am working in a ProjectWise environment and all the files are in ProjectWise.
