The program does not explicitly set a maximum size, so it is really just a function
of the amount of free memory on the machine, and the amount of memory that the
OS allocates to the program.
We did some performance tests a while back and found that on most systems, the
program could triangulate a DTM up to about 9 million points. When we re-tested on a 64 bit OS, it
increased to about 11 million points (because the 64 bit OS allocates more memory to its applications).
In those tests, the 9 million point DTM was about 683MB, so I suspect your 900 MB
TIN will exceed 9 million points.
Is it possible to clip out just the portion of the TIN in the area of the corridor
to reduce the size?
