There is not a command in InRoads that will report or output this information however you can use a tool in MicroStation in conjunction with InRoads to get this information you want. In MicroStation, there is a command under the Drawing portion called "Construct Minimum distance Line" which will place a line between two elements in MicroStation, perpendicular from the first element you select to give you the position on the second element where the closest point is located. Then once you accept to place the minimum distance line, you can use the tracking command or Drafting Notes get the exact coordinates of the primary alignment and secondary alignment by displaying the tracking annotation for each alignment at the position of this Minimum Distance Line.
