SS3 CONFIGURATION FILE UPDATE

Hello,

We are using Microstation SS3 and Power InRoads SS3 / SS2.

We are migrating from SS2 to SS3 and want to learn the preferred workflow for updating configuration files such as 1) Import old SS2 configuration files into a copy of Bentley's standard configuration files, discarding old files or 2) determine what new components need to be added to old files, using old files...? and how to know what new variables are necessary that will impact our project and SS3 functionality.
