There are two main methods to change the size of the symbol terminators on the InRoads Drafting Note tools.
There is a scale setting in the "Edit Named Symbology" dialog that will directly change the size of the terminator. Look in the point settings that apply
The other method would be to change the Global Scale setting. If using the named symbology Symbol setting, the Text scale factor in the Global Scale settings changes the size of the symbol as a factor the setting in the named symbology.
