Draw your plan layout with civil geometry tools. Define profiles for that horizontal geometry as profile from surface. Then run Linear Template with curbs and gutters where needed. Create terrain model for area where you have asphalt between gutters and attache Surface Template with pavement layers to that terrain. Now you are done, your 3D model of parking lot is created.
When you update your existing terrain model, your 3D model will be updated on the fly. That's an advantage of Openroads Technology.
