POWER GEOPAK-ASCII POINT IMPORT

Hello,

I am learning Power Geopak V8i SS2.

I am trying to import ASCII points by selecting Geopak->Road->Geometry->Coordinate Geometry->File->Import->ASCII Points.  The point file I am using is a basic text file with two lines for point data.  The point format I am using is Pointnumber,northing,easting,elevation (attached for reference).  In the import dialog, I have un-checked all the options following elevation.  However, despite the simplicity of my point import exercise, my point file is not importing.  Any suggestions why this point file does not import?
