Editing manhole and pipe

Hi

1) Why does my native InRoads make a copy of manhole and pipe when moved in plan or profile?

2) How can I change default level of my drainage whe creating in plan and profile...( it comes always in Drain_Manhole and Drain_Pipe)

I am using PowerCivil SS3 for Denmark
