GPK Roadway Designer End Condition Exception Error

I am trying to enter an End Condition Exception, but nothing happens when I click the "Edit" button. I enter the description, station range, Apply To Left Override, and then add it without issues. But when I select that exception and click the edit button, I get nothing. No errors messages or anything. If I change it to a Left Transition and then hit edit, it brings the edit transition dialog box up and I am able to use it. It is just with the Override that I am having trouble editing.

Any ideas?
