At work, in my managed workspaces, I can start MicroStation and then InRoads and I can access the 5 tabs of the Project explorer.
On my Home use PC, where I have tried to mirror my managed workspaces from work, if I open MicroStation and then InRoads, the Project Explorer Settings only offer the two default tabs. If I open InRoads from the command line, I still need to visit the Project Explorer Settings dialog box to enable the 3 Civil tabs. But once I do, I see all 5.
I also noticed that the Horizontal Geometry Task which I had opened as a toolbar, is empty when my Project Explorer cannot be made to display the Civil tabs.
Something in my Home setup is different than my work setup and that results in some of the wires of the Civil Tools being cut.
